Our Rates
At Whispering Pines Motel, we strive to offer great value for your family’s stay in Grand Bend. Our rates vary seasonally to ensure you get the best experience at the right price. During our Peak Season from June 22 to August 5th, we require a two-night minimum stay to accommodate the high demand and to help you fully enjoy everything Grand Bend has to offer. Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway or an extended vacation, our competitive rates and comfortable accommodations make Whispering Pines Motel the perfect choice for your next family trip.

Minimum Rental Policy
Please note that we do have a two night minimum rental policy in effect for all weekends between June 21, 2024 and September 2, 2024. This minimum rental policy is extended to three nights for the Civic Holiday Weekend.
Pet Policy
Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets anywhere on premises.
Minimum Age Requirement
All renters must be over the age of 25 and have authorized use of the credit card to place a reservation.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made by phone. A minimum of 96 hours (4 days) notice of a cancellation must be provided for all reservation dates. In the event that inadequate notice of a cancellation is given, then the rental total will be charged to the reserving credit card. Any charge for a cancellation made within the 96 hours prior to the check-in date is non transferrable.
Check-in and Check-out Policies
Guests are able to check-in anytime after 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am on the day of your departure. Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge.
Payment Methods
We currently accept Interac, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX methods of payment.
Booking Policies
A valid major credit card in the name of the reserving guest is required upon booking in order to confirm and maintain a reservation until your arrival. For security purposes, a security deposit from a valid credit card is also required upon check-in. Unfortunately, cash security deposits cannot be accepted.
Additional Policies
Our property has quiet hours which are in effect from 11 PM to 8 AM daily in order to ensure maximum guest comfort.
Occupancy
Rooms equipped with one bed have a maximum occupancy of 2 people while rooms equipped with two beds have a maximum occupancy of 4 people. All prices shown are based on double occupancy.
